Is this product “keto”?

Having spent over 25 years in the health food and nutrition industry, I have tried every conceivable product. Most are absolutely horrible. Occasionally I come across some pretty amazing ones.

My review process is simple. I evaluate each product based on 1) metabolic response, 2) taste/texture, 3) ingredients/nutritionals 4) Price/Value and 5) Digestibility.

Over the coming months I will be reviewing Keto Bars, MCT Powders, Keto Wines, Keto Pizza’s, Keto Ice Cream and more :-)
